Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify your order before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that the shipping address and phone number provided are accurate. If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again or contact you to arrange another delivery time.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged parcel or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the parcel and product. Our support team will investigate the issue and assist you promptly.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
